The wine is produced from 100% premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.After hand selected and picked the grapes undergo a special processing,
followed by 18 months aging in French and American oak barrels.
Full bodied, rich black fruit and sweet oak flavors.

A varietal wine chosen from a range of Cabernet Sauvignon plantations showing exceptionally high quality from among the 2006 harvest. Full bodied, strong fruitiness and acidity, together with wood flavors.

Vineyard:
Vineyard of the wind – Merom Golan – Basaltic tuff soil.(80%)
Nir - Jerusalem hills, chalky soil.(20%)
Production:
Fermentation for two weeks with skins at relatively low fermentation temperatures. Pressing using the Punching method every 4 hours. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 20 months in new barrels.
